ICUFOR, orignally the International Center for UFO Research, was founded by the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek. The new ICUFOR, renamed the International Council for UFO Research, provides a blog-style website for UFO investigators and witnesses to discuss their sightings and accounts.



Dr. J. Allen Hynek began ICUFOR in Scottsdale AZ in spring of 1985. Present at the signing of the papers for this new organization was (left to right) Ann Eller, personal secretary to Dr. Hynek, Dr. Hynek, Dr. Hynek's lawyer, Tina Choate and Brian Myers.
